National initiatives

XR HUB Bavaria is a state-funded initiative promoting XR innovation across Bavaria. With hubs in Munich, Nuremberg, and Würzburg, it fosters collaboration, research, and public engagement in VR, AR, and MR technologies.

CNXR (Conseil National de la XR) is France’s national organization for immersive technologies. Established in 2022, it unites over 500 public and private entities to foster a sovereign, ethical, and innovative XR ecosystem aligned with French and European values.

XR Valley is Belgium’s nonprofit XR hub, uniting industry, academia, and government to advance immersive technologies. Through innovation hubs, events, and strategic partnerships, it fosters XR adoption and positions Belgium as a leader in the global XR landscape.

SUBOTRON is Vienna’s hub for digital game culture, offering lectures, workshops, and events to promote interdisciplinary dialogue and support Austria’s gaming community. Established in 2004, it plays a pivotal role in integrating games into cultural and academic contexts.
