Description

i-mmersive is a cutting-edge provider of immersive Xtended Reality experiences that combine the best of what virtual and physical worlds have to offer. “Treach” is i-mmersive’s VR-Learning platform, which enables teachers to easily create VR content, courses and lectures. These VR classes are interactive, collaborative and immersive.
i-mmersive combines various personal competences and own XR technologies to create cutting edge XR solutions from 360° 4K live-streaming to virtual, individually designed hardware, like our own 360° VR cameras and augmented reality apps (XR) and demos.

The main product of i-mmersive is the "treach.net" Connected Schools project, developed together with Nokia Networks South Africa, which has been deployed as a pilot project since 2018 as 5G connected VR container schools to secure primary education in the rural areas South Africa.

With the Goethe Institute, i-mmersive elaborated the treach platform 2022 to a complete VR based learning multi-user metaverse.
There the students can experience a gamified, highly motivative in a complete learning metaverse, where they can compete in teams against each other solving challenges.
11 modules were developed so far, first in-school test in England with up to 45 pupils simultaneously using the learning environment.
Next setup is the commercial roll-out over north Europe.
