Description

GENERIO GmbH is a German AI company and a spin-off of the University of Duisburg-Essen, founded by Dr. Jonas Auda (CEO) and Dr. Uwe Gruenefeld (CTO) as well as Metehan Ertas, Niklas Pfützenreuter and Prof. Dr. Stefan Schneegaß.

GENERIO has built its own European AI pipeline (not an API wrapper) that automatically generates an AR-ready 3D model from a single or multiple product photos, with no manual work, in industry-standard formats (GLB/USDZ), GDPR-compliant by design and deployable on-premise. A key differentiator is keeping logos and text readable on the generated 3D models.

Products and/or services:

- Photo-to-3D AI: turn a single or multiple product photos into an AR-ready 3D model, fully automatically.
- Industry-standard output: GLB / USDZ models ready for web, AR and virtual-world use.
- 3D & AR product visualization for e-commerce: shoppers view and place products in their real environment ('view in your space') to raise conversion and cut returns.
- Readable logos and text on generated 3D models, a unique technical capability.
- Digital twins of physical products for retail, marketing and enterprise use.
- European AI infrastructure: proprietary pipeline (not an API wrapper), GDPR-compliant by design and deployable on-premise.
- API and workflow integration to scale 3D content pipelines for platforms and large catalogues.
