At CEA-Leti, in Grenoble, we provide fab R&D, design and fabricate prototypes, process recurrent batches to increase process maturity, and transfer prototypes to your chosen production lines. CEA-Leti works with mass production friendly processes and uses tools that are available in commercial foundries. We have a ~11 000 square meter cleanroom with 700 tools (etching, litho, mocvd etc) and work on GaN based microLED micro-display flows for various customers for >15 years. We work on GaN based microLED for AR/VR, multifunctional displays as well as datacom applications.
