APDC was founded on 13 November 1984 by Gonçalo Sequeira Braga as a nonprofit public-interest association. It serves as a national platform for debate, knowledge exchange, and strategic foresight in the fields of communications, information and communication technologies (ICT), and media.
APDC’s mission is to:
