CREATIVR

Creativity in Virtual Reality

Recent global developments have sparked a seismic shift in how organisations define their workspaces. Driven by the forces of digitalisation, pandemic-induced remote work experiences, and the growing need for workforce flexibility, organisations are breaking free from traditional brick-and-mortar boundaries. This transformation has given rise to a new concept of organisational space that extends far beyond the confines of a physical office. Backed by Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions, the CREATIVR project aims to harness the potential of digital immersive technologies, specifically virtual reality (VR). As organisations increasingly consider VR as a complement or even a replacement for traditional workspaces, CREATIVR is dedicated to shedding light on the impact of these technologies on work outcomes.
